Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 50 g oat flakes
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 120 g peanut butter
- 80 ml maple syrup
- 80 ml milk
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- Peanuts, skinned and roasted unsalted for sprinkling
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peanut butter muffins, makes about 8 – 10 pieces
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F), butter a muffin tin. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl, and in another bowl, combine the peanut butter and wet ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth. Quickly mix the two ingredients together. Pour batter into the tin, sprinkle with peanuts, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
