Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g edible bran (wheat bran)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 30 g flour (whole grain)
  • 70 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g raisins
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g sugar, white or brown
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 130 g peanut butter
  • 125 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wholesome – enough for 12 pieces

In a bowl, combine the bran with the milk and let it swell for about 5-10 minutes. Combine the flour, baking powder, and raisins. Beat the egg and add it along with the sugar, oil, peanut butter, and natural yogurt. Mix everything well. Pour the batter into the prepared baking cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.
