Peanut Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate coating, coarsely grated
  • 250 g flour, sifted
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 250 g peanut butter, chunky
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp jam (strawberry)
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For 12 muffins

Combine flour, baking powder, and chocolate. In a second bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, jam, and milk until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and stir in. Pour the batter into greased baking pans and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
