Cookies with chocolate and peanut butter

Mix all ingredients, except the flour and baking soda, until creamy (you can use the dough hook for this). Knead in the flour, baking soda, and chocolate. If the dough is too dry, add a little more milk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours (or overnight). Knead the dough again, shape into two logs (approx. 3 cm in diameter), and slice. Divide the cookies between two baking sheets and bake at 160°C (fan oven) for 20-24 minutes. Makes about 34 cookies.
