Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peanuts, salted (200 g)
  • Chili sauce (sweet chili sauce)
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, small

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

e.g. for satay skewers

Puree the peanuts with a generous dash of sweet chili sauce using a blender or immersion blender. Finally, add the crème fraîche and blend vigorously again. Simple and delicious (especially with satay skewers).
