Spring roll dip with lime and fish sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 limes
  • 1 tsp brown cane sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 ml fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze the lime and collect the juice. Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the juice. Then add the fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix well, and you’re done. The dipping sauce should taste sour and salty. Therefore, everyone has to estimate the amount of salt and sugar for themselves. The dip should be enough for 30 spring rolls and tastes great with them. Tip: You can buy the fish sauce at any Asian store.
