Peanut ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,400 ml cream
  • 600 ml milk
  • 900 g peanut butter, variety of your choice
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 8 egg yolks

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat all ingredients except the egg yolk, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved (do not boil!). Then remove the pan from the heat. Whisk the egg yolks well. Then gradually fold in half of the cream mixture. Then fold back into the remaining cream mixture and heat gently for another 10 minutes (do not boil!) until a cream forms. Let cool, then freeze.
