Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 25 g sugar, brown
  • some vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

from the ice cream machine

First, crush the Oreo cookies with a blender. Then add the cream, milk, brown sugar, a little vanilla, and a pinch of salt and mix. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker for about 30 minutes, then store it in the freezer.
