Peanut Pudding with Marinated Strawberries
The perfect peanut pudding with marinated strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinated strawberries
- 400 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 shot Cointreau
Peanut pudding
- 150 ml Cream
- 350 ml Milk
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 45 g Strength
- 175 g Peanut butter
Marinated strawberries
- Quarter 1,300 g strawberries and place in a bowl. Put the remaining 100 g strawberries in a tall container, add the powdered sugar and a dash of Cointreau and puree everything finely, pour this over the strawberry quarters and mix, cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator.
Peanut pudding
- Mix the milk with the cream and remove some of the milk and stir until smooth with the starch. Put the cream-milk mixture together with the sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring, then stir in the starch and simmer for about 1 minute.
- Then remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter well and then pour the pudding into dessert glasses and let cool.

- Pour the marinated strawberries over the peanut pudding and then simply enjoy.
