Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g butter
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 150 g peanut butter (without granulated sugar, from a health food store)
  • Fat for the waffle iron

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

enough for approx. 12 pieces

Combine the butter with the honey and peanut butter. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Alternately stir the flour mixture and buttermilk into the batter. Bake the batter in batches in a greased waffle iron to form waffles.
