Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 70 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 80 g buttermilk
- 2 small pears
- 2 tangerines
- possibly honey if needed
Instructions

so simple and so delicious
Combine the yogurt and buttermilk in a blender. Then, squeeze the tangerines and add the juice and pulp. Wash the pears (you can peel them, but it’s not necessary) and quarter them, then remove the cores. Cut the pear quarters into small pieces and add them to the blender. Purée everything with an immersion blender. If the shake is too thick, add a little more buttermilk and yogurt. Sweeten with honey if desired. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
