Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 ml kefir, 1.5%
- 280 g plum(s)
- 5 g ginger, peeled, diced
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 2 pinches of vanilla pulp
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pit the plums. Place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients and puree with a hand blender. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
