Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml kefir, 1.5%
  • 280 g plum(s)
  • 5 g ginger, peeled, diced
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of vanilla pulp
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pit the plums. Place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients and puree with a hand blender. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
