Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 Sharon fruit
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- ½ banana(s)
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 orange(s), the juice
- some cardamom powder
- possibly water for dilution
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the Sharon, remove the stem, and roughly dice the flesh. Trim, wash, and drain the baby spinach. Puree everything together with the banana, almond butter, and orange juice, thinning with a little water if necessary, and season with cardamom.
