Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 pears, sweet, diced
- 5 spring onions, cut into rings
- 350 g red cabbage, grated
- ½ head of lettuce (Lollo Biondo), washed, bite-sized pieces
- 2 carrots, grated
- 5 tbsp pear juice
- 1 tsp mustard, grainy
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
very tasty and refreshing
Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Mix the pears, onions, and carrots in a bowl and then spread them over the salad. Mix the remaining ingredients to make the dressing and pour it over the salad. Serve immediately and enjoy. Tip: I personally also like it very much with endive.
