Pear crunch with yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • ½ lime(s), the juice
  • 7 hazelnuts
  • n. B. Honey
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pear(s) , (Abate)
  • some chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian, light, delicious!

Combine the oats and finely chopped hazelnuts, mix with a little honey (preferably liquid), and lightly toast in a pan until the desired browning is achieved (be careful, the honey will burn quickly!). Meanwhile, season the natural yogurt with the juice of half a lime, a little honey, and cinnamon. Chop the pear. Layer everything in a bowl and sprinkle a small piece of finely chopped chocolate on top. A delicious and quick breakfast, but also ideal as a snack.
