Pear fan with berry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g mixed berries (possibly frozen)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 pear(s), red-skinned
  • 3 tsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 20 ml orange liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Bring the berries to a boil with lemon juice and honey and puree. Wash the pears, halve them, remove the cores, and slice them into fan-shaped slices. Heat the margarine and sugar in a pan, gently fry the pears, deglaze with orange liqueur, and let stand for about 5 minutes. Divide the berry sauce among dessert plates and arrange the pear slices on top.
