Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 20 ml apricot liqueur
  • 250 g yogurt (vanilla flavor, 0.2% fat)
  • some basil (a few leaves)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Marinate half of them in the apricot liqueur for about 30 minutes. Puree the remaining strawberries with the yogurt. Cut all but four of the basil leaves into strips and mix with the marinated strawberries. Ladle into dessert glasses, top with the strawberry yogurt, and garnish with the remaining basil leaves.
