Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pear(s), not too hard, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 2 pinches of clove powder
  • 50 g butter, liquid
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 20 g butter, liquid for spreading
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • some butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cut the prepared pears into eighths. Mix with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and clove powder. Lightly butter two shallow baking dishes and place the pear pieces in them. Mix the batter ingredients together. Spread over the pears and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or under the grill for about 40 minutes on the middle rack. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar before serving.
