Red Chinese cabbage salad with sour milk dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of Chinese cabbage, red
  • 6 tbsp sour milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
