Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml cream
  • 200 g quark
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 250 g fruit puree (pear puree)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • some vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

vegetarian dessert with fruit puree and honey

First, whip the cream. Then, add the quark and mascarpone to a bowl. Mix the quark mixture with two tablespoons of pear puree, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Then fold in the cream. Layer the cream and pear puree in glasses or bowls. Tip: I like it a bit crunchy, so I often use homemade granola. You can also add this between the layers.
