  • 200 ml white rum 40%
  • 20 ml lemon juice, adjust the amount
  • 500 ml schnapps (Doppelkorn 38%)

Once you’ve purchased the ingredients, making the liqueur is a quick process: All ingredients are placed in a large glass, stirred thoroughly, allowed to rest for a few days, and then decanted into serving bottles. The flavor is comparable to the Austrian fruit liqueur and is particularly popular with fruit liqueur lovers. The time required certainly plays a positive role.
