Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 pear(s), ripe
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • e.g. crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A shake for two

Halve the lemon and juice it. Halve and quarter the peeled pears, then core them. Roughly chop the pears and the peeled bananas. Place the fruit pieces in a blender and pour over the lemon juice. Add the sugar. Blend on high until a creamy consistency develops. If you like, add some crushed ice to a pretty glass and pour the shake over the fruit.
