Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 200g Gorgonzola
- 8 slices of Parma ham
- 1 lettuce heart
- 50 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Core the pears from the bottom with an apple corer, leaving the stems intact. Insert approximately 1/3 of the cheese into the openings. Wrap the bottom half of each pear with two slices of Parma ham. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place the pears on it, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes. Arrange 2-3 lettuce leaves on each plate. Cut the remaining cheese into thin slices and place them on the lettuce leaves, scattering the walnuts on top. Whisk the oil, syrup, and balsamic vinegar into a sauce and drizzle over the lettuce leaves. Arrange the hot pears on the plates.
