Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 8 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fruit, enough for one tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients to form a ball. Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet. Top with fruit of your choice. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
