Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 egg yolks, fresh
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 2 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

I gave this eggnog as a Christmas present. It was delicious and finished way too quickly.

Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar with a hand mixer on high speed for about 10 minutes until creamy. Add the cream and beat for another 7 minutes. Stir in the rum and vanilla flavoring for about 3 minutes. Bottle and keep refrigerated. Shake the liqueur well before serving.
