Pears in Crispy Coating with Ice
The perfect pears in crispy coating with ice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Ripe pears
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 150 g Soft wheat semolina
- Cinammon
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- 1 bottle Chocolate sauce for ice cream
- 8 Bullets Walnut, or hazelnut ice cream
- Icing sugar to garnish
- Wash the pear, clean, peel and cut lengthways into 1 cm thick slices. If necessary, remove the core housing. Drizzle the pear slices with lemon juice and season with cinnamon.
- Bread the pear slices thickly in the semolina.
- Heat the butter lard in a pan, fry the pear slices all around for 3-4 minutes / turn once / and keep warm.
- Place the pears neatly round on a plate, sprinkle with ice cream scoops and with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar.
- 5th state chocolate sauce according to any Zb. Raspberry sauce.
