Pears in Crispy Coating with Ice

The perfect pears in crispy coating with ice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Ripe pears
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 150 g Soft wheat semolina
  • Cinammon
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 bottle Chocolate sauce for ice cream
  • 8 Bullets Walnut, or hazelnut ice cream
  • Icing sugar to garnish
  1. Wash the pear, clean, peel and cut lengthways into 1 cm thick slices. If necessary, remove the core housing. Drizzle the pear slices with lemon juice and season with cinnamon.
  2. Bread the pear slices thickly in the semolina.
  3. Heat the butter lard in a pan, fry the pear slices all around for 3-4 minutes / turn once / and keep warm.
  4. Place the pears neatly round on a plate, sprinkle with ice cream scoops and with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar.
  5. 5th state chocolate sauce according to any Zb. Raspberry sauce.
