Peel Eggs in Seconds – How it Works

Boil and peel eggs – that’s how it works

  1. If you don’t have an egg cooker, you can also cook the eggs in a saucepan. To do this, use a sufficiently large pot with cold water.
  2. Put the eggs in and let the water boil. Of course, you can also place the eggs in the boiling water first, but this will take more time.
  3. If you take the egg out of the water after about 3 minutes, it is soft-boiled. After about 6 minutes, the egg white is hard-boiled, and the yolk is still runny. After 9 minutes the egg is hard-boiled.

Peel eggs with a trick in seconds

  1. Take the egg out of the saucepan and put it in a glass.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with cold water and place your hand flat on the opening.
  3. Shake the jar quickly in all directions for about 5 seconds.
  4. The shell can then usually be detached from the egg in one piece.
