Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g penne
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g ham or bacon
  • olive oil
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • some arugula
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 400 ml cream
  • 150 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Cook the penne until al dente. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onions and garlic, then add the ham and fry. Add the cream and season with the spices mentioned above. Add the Parmesan cheese and bring to a boil briefly. Finally, add the penne and mix everything well. Arrange on plates and serve garnished with arugula and feta cheese.
