The perfect penne ala italia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Penne
  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 2 Pc. Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Peppers yellow
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  1. Prepare pasta water and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Cut turkey breast and paprika into bite-sized strips. Quarter tomatoes and fry everything with a little fat. Then put the sour cream in the pot. Add mushrooms (without water) to the pot. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Cook everything together to the end.
