Cook the pasta in lightly salted water for about 12 minutes, then drain. Add the crème fraîche to a saucepan or pan, stir in the milk, and bring to a boil. The amount of milk can vary according to your preference. Then add the finely grated feta cheese and stir in again. Finally, add a little tomato paste (to taste) and a pinch or two of garlic granules. Additional seasonings aren’t really necessary due to the saltiness of the feta cheese.
