Penne with Gorgonzola, sage and ham sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (penne)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 4 sprigs sage
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion and ham. Heat the oil and sauté the onion. Add the ham, fry briefly, and dust with flour. Stir in the vegetable stock and milk. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces and add to the sauce while stirring. Pick the sage leaves, cut them into strips, and add them to the sauce, reserving a few for garnish. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve the pasta and sauce.
