Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 bell peppers, mixed
- 250 g broccoli (frozen)
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 1 pack of cream cheese spread (150 – 200 g)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Season the meat and sear well on both sides. Place the meat in a casserole dish. Cut the bell peppers into pieces and arrange them over the fillet, along with the broccoli. Heat the sauce in a pan and stir in the cheese a little at a time until melted. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Cook everything in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven). Serve with rice or baguette.
