Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g peas
- 100 g cooked ham
- 2 medium-sized bell peppers
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 75 ml milk 1.5% fat
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Low carb, suitable for SIS
Whisk the herbs with the eggs and milk. Slice the bell peppers and dice the cooked ham. Mix all ingredients and place on a greased pizza or round baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
