Pepper and roasted onion sauce à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pack of pepper sauce
  • 10 peppercorns, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the onion. Toss the slices with sugar, paprika, and oil to form rings. Fry the rings in a pan until crispy. Prepare the peppercorn sauce powder according to the instructions. Add the peppercorns and fried onions. Arrange and serve.
