Pepper and tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, one red and one yellow
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Drain the tuna. Meanwhile, deseed and slice the bell peppers. Dice the onion. Make a dressing with vinegar, oil, water, sugar, and salt. In a bowl, combine the bell pepper strips and the tuna, then pour the dressing and diced onion over the top. Mix well and let it marinate, ideally for several hours.
