Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 1 tsp oil
- 4 tbsp ajvar
- 100 g cream cheese
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the eggplant. Chop it into small pieces and cook it briefly in oil. Combine the eggplant, ajvar, and cream cheese and puree. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious on bread or as a dip with vegetable strips.
