Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp whole white pepper
- 2 tbsp whole black pepper
- 2 peppercorns, fresh, green
- Salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp peppercorns, pink
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Remove fresh green peppercorns from the vines and finely crush them with the black and white peppercorns in a mortar and pestle. Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the cracked peppercorns to the butter and season with Worcestershire sauce and salt. Wrap the butter mixture tightly in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Unwrap the butter and roll it in the pink peppercorns.
