Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bell peppers, mixed
  • 200 g cheese in a block, Emmental
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Dice the peppers and cheese. Make a vinaigrette from oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard, pour over the cheese and peppers, mix and let stand for at least 1 hour.
