Cauliflower and minced meat casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 roll
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g margarine
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly boil the cauliflower in salted water. Make a meat batter from the ground beef, bread roll, egg, onion, salt, and pepper and fry it in a pan. Then place it in a greased casserole dish, shred the cauliflower, and arrange it on top. Make a light roux from the margarine and flour and pour it over the meat. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 1 hour at 160°C. Serve with boiled potatoes.
