Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g leaf spinach
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, possibly more
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 20 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the spinach and spin dry. Finely chop the onion, press the garlic, and sauté both in oil until translucent. Deglaze with a little vinegar and the vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper.
