Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp pepper, mixed, crushed
  • 3 tbsp pepper, mixed, whole
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml soup (beef soup)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • n. B. Flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil and butter. Add the pepper and peppercorns and sauté. Deglaze with the broth and reduce by half. Remove from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche and flour. Season with salt and pepper and bring back to a boil.
