Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 1 large onion(s), chopped
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 5 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- n. B. Caraway
- e.g. oregano
- e.g. coriander
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 2 gr. can/n beans (giant beans)
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 100 g cheese, grated
- n. B. Oil
- ½ cup crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the onion and chicken in hot oil, stirring constantly. Add the stock and garlic. Season to taste with the remaining spices and herbs. Simmer for 25 minutes, add the beans, and simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Sprinkle with spring onions and cheese.
