Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 shallot(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 bell peppers, pickled, grilled
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- Ajvar, hot
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Simple and delicious pasta sauce
Finely dice the garlic clove and shallot and fry in a little olive oil. Add the tomato paste and sauté. Finely slice the bell peppers and add them along with the crème fraîche, finely chopped thyme, and granulated stock. Bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper, ajvar, and sugar.
