Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g seasonal fruit
  • 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 3 tbsp syrup (maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 15 g almond(s), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and sort the fruit, removing any seeds and peeling them if necessary. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup. Fold the prepared fruit into the oatmeal. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and sprinkle with the chopped almonds. 410 kcal / 13 g fat / 29% fat calories
