- 125 g seasonal fruit
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 3 tbsp syrup (maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
- 15 g almond(s), chopped
Instructions

Wash and sort the fruit, removing any seeds and peeling them if necessary. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup. Fold the prepared fruit into the oatmeal.
