quick and easy vegetable side dish

Dice the onion and sauté in oil. Add the bite-sized bell pepper and fry lightly. Deglaze with water, stir in the cream cheese and stock powder, and simmer over medium heat for a few minutes until the bell pepper is soft enough for your taste. We like it very crunchy; 3-5 minutes is enough. Season with salt and pepper, add the halved tomatoes, heat briefly, and sprinkle with chopped basil. You’re done. Tips: This whole dish can be varied in many ways, for example, with zucchini, eggplant, or cilantro, a dash of lemon juice, or crushed garlic. The main thing is to keep it quick and colorful.
