Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 ml tea (peppermint)
- 2 lemons, untreated
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 peaches
- 1 honeydew melon(s)
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine
- 4 cl orange liqueur
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes
Squeeze one lemon. Thinly slice the other. Peel the mango, cut the flesh into wedges, remove the stone, and dice. Halve the peaches and remove the stones. Halve the melon and scoop out the flesh. Dice everything. Mix the fruit with the lemon juice and liqueur. Place the tea, fruit, and lemon slices in a bowl and chill. Top with the sparkling wine before serving.
