Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • 400 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • 125 g ham or bacon, finely diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Savory with cheese and ham, makes about 10 waffles

Cream the butter until fluffy and gradually mix in all the other ingredients. Bake the batter into waffles. If desired, you can also add diced salami or olives.
