Perfect Pizza Dough for Tray, Thermomix

  • 350 g Flour
  • 200 g Lukewarm water
  • 0,5 cube Yeast, 20 g
  • 25 g Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. For the dough, simply add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Knead for 2 minutes on the kneading stage to form a smooth dough.
  2. Then roll out the dough to the size of a tray. Z. B. good on a silicone mat. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. I simply pushed the tray into the oven at 40 degrees. Alternatively, you can shape two round pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm from the dough.
  3. Cover the dough with the desired ingredients and bake in the preheated oven at 215 degrees top / bottom heat for about 20 – 25 minutes on the middle rack until golden yellow.
  4. You can of course prepare the yeast dough without the Thermomix.
