Persimmon dessert – quick and easy

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat yogurt
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp, leveled vanilla paste
  • 1 tbsp honey (creamy)
  • 1 large persimmon (approx. 250 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the yogurt, crème fraîche, vanilla paste, and honey together in a bowl. Peel the persimmons, cut them into pieces, place them in a blender, and puree with a hand blender. Add them to the cream in the bowl and mix well. Pour into attractive glasses and enjoy. You can also layer the cream and persimmon puree in the glasses.
