Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • n. B. Honey
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop 3 apples, and fry them in a pan with a little sugar. Blend the caramelized pieces with 500 ml of milk in a blender and season with honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon, if desired. Then heat in a pan and enjoy.
